Nice food, reasonably priced and extremely spacious room with lovely views as well as a hairdryer A dandy breakfast of fruits. Lots of food at breakfast like yogurt and jam.

The staff was efficient and attentive. the vibe at Albergo Sala was quiet. - They offered free wake-up calls and ironing services.

Very friendly family run hotel in a small village above lake Como. Good food and comfortable room all topped off with a complimentary bottle of wine!

thanks to very amiable staff i had a perfect triple room with views of mountain. really tasty breakfast with a wide range of coffee, tea, yogurt, and jam to satisfy every guest. the stunning and beautiful location for the price, not far from onnolulu beach and the breathtaking mountain, como lake views, and milan.

We found this hotel very relaxing. The staff really go out of their way to meet and exceed all the needs of the guests.We feel this hotel is a home away from home for us. The owner Franco dropped us at the railway station, and later on picked us up when there is no transport back to the hotel. All his family are very courteous and try their best to meet our needs.The food in the restaurant are excellent.We will recommend Allbergo Sala to all our friends who will visit Valbrano or Lake Como.Valbrano is a beautiful place to visit, and central to Lake Como and Bellagio.

It will be best if there is a fridge in the room, if possible. This would be great since summer in Italy is quite hot. But this is no fault of the hotel.

As for me location is absolutely perfect and beautiful, very close to the Moto Guzzi factory. It is minutes from Trattoria Italia, where you can eat something. The staff are very friendly as well as the owner...

The price for the stay was extremely reasonable, especially considering the amenities included such as breakfast, internet, and a clean room with a hot shower. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. the hotel offered a lovely terrace with stunning views, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

One drawback was the limited dinner menu, which didn't offer many options, especially for those with specific dietary requirements. Another issue was the reluctance to sell a bottle of wine with dinner, as it had to be ordered by the glass.

Staff were very friendly. The next day we felt no rush to get us out of our rooms in fact we used our room till well into the afternoon. Good food and good coffees to complement a nice hotel, clean and spacious room with a view.

Hallway to the room was somewhat underlit.

Very nice/kind personal, the owners wife is Englishwoman, all can speak English well. We were very pleasantly surprised. We would be staying here again, which is the best recommendation I can give.

The whole village welcomes you! Albergo Sala is the hub of Valbrano community, which is only 15 minutes from Bellagio. Pat and her (expanded) family could not do enough to help us. The hotel is absolutely traditional Italian rural. The evening meal is excellent value and a cultural experience. We will be back.

Clean, nicely located, parking available, not expensive. Owner is very nice, restaurant is wonderful.

There were delicious yogurt and jam for breakfast, and the view of the beautiful mountains was fantastic.

The owners are a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble for them. The large terrace is very inviting and the hotel is very quiet. Good parking and wi-fi is easily accessible at the bar.
